The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Parc Eduardo VII and the wonderful views it offers, making it perfect for morning strolls and city explorations. I loved that I could easily walk to nearby landmarks like the Rossio Square and the Santa Justa Lift, adding so much to my Lisbon experience.

Just an excellent fit for a brief weekend stay in Lisbon with good price-value balance. The staff were super friendly and accommodating when I requested extra towels. Bring your own snacks, as the food options are limited.

Poor sound insulation!!! Disturbances from loud neighbors and outside traffic!!! Slow and inefficient elevators!!! Central heating issues resulting in discomfort!!! Lack of room amenities like fridges and kettles!!!

We loved the central location near major transport hubs, which made exploring so easy. The cleanliness of our room impressed us, and the efficient and friendly staff truly enhanced our stay.

I stayed in a Superior Twin Room for 3 nights. The room was super clean and the bed was really comfy, which made sleep easy after a long day. Shower was great too, refreshing after all the sightseeing. They provided fresh towels daily, which was a nice bonus. I did notice some sound from the busy street outside, but the soundproofing worked okay overall. It was nice to get room service if I wanted it.

I had a decent room with a big shower that made mornings feel good. Plus, they stored my luggage after check out so I didn’t have to drag it around the city.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for the price I paid, it was okay.
